Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt full-fat
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup almond flour finely ground
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 0.25 tsp salt

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease loaf pan.
  2. Whisk yogurt and eggs until smooth.
  3. Stir in almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
  4. Pour batter into loaf pan.
  5. Bake 30–40 minutes until set.
  6. Cool completely before slicing.

Notes

Use thick Greek yogurt for best texture. Avoid overbaking.
