- Zest the orange and squeeze 1/4 cup juice.
- In a bowl, whisk milk, yogurt, orange juice, zest, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt.
- Stir in oats, chia seeds, and chopped cranberries.
- Divide mixture into 2 jars.
- Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Stir before serving and add desired toppings.
Notes
Best chilled overnight for optimal texture. Stir in extra milk if too thick.
