Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz capellini pasta
  • 2 lemons zested and juiced
  • 0.33 cup olive oil extra virgin
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 0.25 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 0.25 cup fresh herbs basil and parsley, chopped

Equipment

  • Mixing bowl

Method
 

  1. Cook capellini in salted water until al dente.
  2. Drain and rinse briefly with cool water.
  3. Toss pasta with olive oil, lemon zest, and lemon juice.
  4. Add garlic, herbs, and parmesan.
  5. Season and toss gently before serving.

Notes

Serve chilled or at room temperature. Refresh with olive oil before serving.
