Stir Fry
  • 3 zucchini spiralized
  • 1 cup carrots shredded
  • 1 bell pepper sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
Sauce
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 3 cloves garlic minced

Method
 

  1. Prepare zucchini noodles and set aside.
  2. Mix sauce ingredients in a bowl.
  3. Stir-fry vegetables in hot oil.
  4. Add zucchini noodles and cook briefly.
  5. Pour in sauce, toss, and cook until coated.

Avoid overcooking zucchini to prevent soggy texture.
