Filling
  • 16 oz cream cheese softened
  • 0.75 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 0.5 cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
Blueberry Topping
  • 2 cups blueberries
  • 0.33 cup sugar
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp water
Crumble
  • 0.5 cup flour
  • 0.33 cup brown sugar
  • 0.25 cup butter cold
