Pasta
  • 12 oz pasta
Sauce
  • 5.2 oz boursin cheese garlic herb
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 cups milk
  • 0.5 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup mozzarella shredded
  • 0.5 cup parmesan grated
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 0.5 tsp salt

Method
 

  1. Cook pasta and drain.
  2. Sauté garlic in butter.
  3. Add milk and cream.
  4. Melt Boursin cheese.
  5. Add mozzarella and parmesan.
  6. Season sauce.
  7. Combine pasta with sauce.
  8. Optional bake until golden.

Notes

Use medium heat to keep sauce smooth and creamy.
