Ingredients
  

Dough
  • 2.5 cups flour
  • 1 tsp yeast
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 cup yogurt
  • 0.75 cup water warm
  • 2 tbsp oil
Topping
  • 2 tbsp butter melted
  • 2 tbsp cilantro

Method
 

  1. Activate yeast in warm water with sugar.
  2. Mix flour, salt, yogurt, oil, and yeast mixture to form dough.
  3. Knead and let rise until doubled.
  4. Divide, roll, and shape naan.
  5. Cook on hot skillet until golden and charred.
  6. Brush with butter and serve warm.

Notes

Cook on high heat for best texture and char.
