- Preheat oven to 325°F and prepare baking sheet.
- Cream butter and sugar until fluffy.
- Add vanilla and mix.
- Mix in flour and salt to form dough.
- Fold in chocolate chips and toffee bits.
- Shape dough and chill.
- Slice and place on baking sheet.
- Bake 18–22 minutes until golden.
- Cool before serving.
