Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix cream cheese, ranch seasoning, broth, and spices until smooth.
- Stir in rice and chicken until coated.
- Fold in half the cheese and bacon.
- Transfer to baking dish and top with remaining cheese and bacon.
- Bake 25–30 minutes until hot and bubbly.
- Garnish with green onions and serve.
Notes
Best served fresh but reheats well with a splash of broth or milk.
