Main
  • 1 lb potato gnocchi
  • 2 cups cooked chicken shredded
  • 6 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp parsley chopped

Method
 

  1. Cook gnocchi according to package instructions and set aside.
  2. Cook bacon in a skillet until crispy, then crumble.
  3. Sauté garlic in the same skillet.
  4. Add broth and cream, then stir in cream cheese until smooth.
  5. Add cheddar and Parmesan, stirring until melted.
  6. Add chicken and gnocchi, tossing to coat.
  7. Stir in bacon and seasoning, then simmer briefly.
  8. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.

Notes

For extra flavor, add ranch seasoning or a pinch of chili flakes.
