- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Toss broccoli with olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and optional red pepper flakes.
- Spread broccoli in a single layer and roast 20 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Remove from oven, sprinkle with parmesan, toss gently, and serve.
Notes
Add lemon juice after roasting for extra brightness.
