  • 500 g broccoli florets
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/3 cup parmesan cheese grated

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Toss broccoli with olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and optional red pepper flakes.
  3. Spread broccoli in a single layer and roast 20 minutes, flipping halfway.
  4. Remove from oven, sprinkle with parmesan, toss gently, and serve.

Notes

Add lemon juice after roasting for extra brightness.
