- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Trim and halve Brussels sprouts.
- Toss with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Spread on a baking sheet cut side down.
- Roast for 15 minutes.
- Sprinkle parmesan cheese over sprouts.
- Roast another 5–10 minutes until crispy.
