  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 0.5 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Trim and halve Brussels sprouts.
  3. Toss with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread on a baking sheet cut side down.
  5. Roast for 15 minutes.
  6. Sprinkle parmesan cheese over sprouts.
  7. Roast another 5–10 minutes until crispy.
