Ingredients
  

Turkey & Seasoning
  • 3-4 lbs turkey breast
  • 4 tbsp butter softened
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 small onion sliced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1 tsp rosemary
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder

Method
 

  1. Mix butter and seasonings into a herb butter paste.
  2. Rub mixture all over turkey breast.
  3. Place onions and broth in crockpot, then add turkey.
  4. Cook on LOW 6–7 hours or HIGH 3–4 hours until 165°F internal temp.
  5. Rest, slice, and serve with juices.

Notes

For best results, use a meat thermometer and avoid overcooking. Optional broiling adds color.
