- Mix butter and seasonings into a herb butter paste.
- Rub mixture all over turkey breast.
- Place onions and broth in crockpot, then add turkey.
- Cook on LOW 6–7 hours or HIGH 3–4 hours until 165°F internal temp.
- Rest, slice, and serve with juices.
Notes
For best results, use a meat thermometer and avoid overcooking. Optional broiling adds color.
