Ingredients

Breadsticks Base
  • 1 lb refrigerated pizza dough
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1.5 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
Garlic Butter Topping
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
  • 0.5 tsp garlic salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper

Equipment

  • Baking sheet
  • Parchment paper
  • Rolling pin (optional)
  • Pastry brush
  • Pizza cutter or knife

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line baking sheet with parchment and brush with 1 tbsp olive oil.
  2. Roll or stretch pizza dough into ½-inch thick rectangle on floured surface. Transfer to sheet and brush with remaining oil.
  3. Sprinkle mozzarella evenly over dough, then Parmesan and Italian seasoning.
  4. Bake 12–15 minutes until golden and cheese is bubbly.
  5. Mix melted butter, garlic, parsley, garlic salt, pepper (and optional red pepper flakes).
  6. Brush hot breadsticks generously with garlic butter. Rest 2–3 minutes.
  7. Slice into 12 sticks. Serve warm with marinara for dipping. Enjoy the gooey goodness!

Notes

Use low-moisture mozzarella for best melt and crisp. Brush butter while hot for deep flavor. Reheat in oven to restore crunch.
