- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line baking sheet with parchment and brush with 1 tbsp olive oil.
- Roll or stretch pizza dough into ½-inch thick rectangle on floured surface. Transfer to sheet and brush with remaining oil.
- Sprinkle mozzarella evenly over dough, then Parmesan and Italian seasoning.
- Bake 12–15 minutes until golden and cheese is bubbly.
- Mix melted butter, garlic, parsley, garlic salt, pepper (and optional red pepper flakes).
- Brush hot breadsticks generously with garlic butter. Rest 2–3 minutes.
- Slice into 12 sticks. Serve warm with marinara for dipping. Enjoy the gooey goodness!
Notes
Use low-moisture mozzarella for best melt and crisp. Brush butter while hot for deep flavor. Reheat in oven to restore crunch.
