Ingredients
  

Clusters
  • 2 cups fresh blueberries rinsed and dried
  • 1.5 cups Greek yogurt plain or vanilla
  • 2-3 tbsp honey or maple syrup optional
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract optional
Optional Chocolate Drizzle
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil

Method
 

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, sweetener, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Gently fold in blueberries until coated.
  4. Scoop 1-2 tbsp clusters onto the sheet, spacing apart.
  5. Freeze 1-2 hours until solid.
  6. Optional: Melt chocolate with coconut oil, drizzle over clusters, and freeze 10-15 more minutes.
  7. Store in airtight container in freezer.

Notes

Use thick Greek yogurt for best shape. Pat blueberries dry to avoid ice crystals. Enjoy straight from freezer – no thawing needed.
