Ham Salad
  • 3 cups cooked ham finely chopped
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 celery stalks finely diced
  • 2 tbsp dill pickles finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp red onion finely diced
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
  • 0.25 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp pickle juice optional

Method
 

  1. Finely chop the cooked ham using a knife or food processor.
  2. Combine ham, mayonnaise, celery, pickles, red onion, Dijon mustard, parsley, black pepper, paprika, and pickle juice in a bowl.
  3. Mix until creamy and well combined.
  4. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
  5. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  6. Serve cold on sandwiches, crackers, wraps, or lettuce cups.

Notes

Perfect for using leftover holiday ham. Tastes even better after chilling overnight.
