- Finely chop the cooked ham using a knife or food processor.
- Combine ham, mayonnaise, celery, pickles, red onion, Dijon mustard, parsley, black pepper, paprika, and pickle juice in a bowl.
- Mix until creamy and well combined.

- Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
