Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix ham, mozzarella, cheddar, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, black pepper, and parsley in a bowl.
- Cut puff pastry sheets into 8 rectangles total.
- Add filling to one half of each rectangle and fold over to form pockets.
- Seal edges with a fork.
- Whisk egg and milk together and brush over each pocket.
- Cut small slits on top and bake for 18–22 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool slightly before serving.
Notes
These freeze beautifully. Reheat in the oven or air fryer for the best crispy texture.
