- Season chicken with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
- Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear chicken 5–6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through; remove from skillet.
- Sauté garlic 30 seconds; stir in Dijon mustard, whole-grain mustard, honey, and lemon juice; simmer 2–3 minutes.
- Return chicken to skillet, coat with sauce, and cook 2 more minutes.
- Garnish with parsley and lemon slices; serve immediately.
Notes
Adjust honey and mustard to taste; can add vegetables to skillet for a full meal.
