Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 4 chicken thighs boneless, skinless
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp butter
Honey Mustard Sauce
  • 3 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp whole-grain mustard optional
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp lemon juice fresh
  • 0.5 tsp smoked paprika optional
Garnish
  • parsley chopped
  • lemon slices optional

Method
 

  1. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
  2. Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Sear chicken 5–6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through; remove from skillet.
  4. Sauté garlic 30 seconds; stir in Dijon mustard, whole-grain mustard, honey, and lemon juice; simmer 2–3 minutes.
  5. Return chicken to skillet, coat with sauce, and cook 2 more minutes.
  6. Garnish with parsley and lemon slices; serve immediately.

Notes

Adjust honey and mustard to taste; can add vegetables to skillet for a full meal.
