  • 1 cup rice
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp chili flakes
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 avocado sliced

Method
 

  1. Cook rice until fluffy and set aside.
  2. Season and sear salmon in a skillet.
  3. Prepare hot honey glaze and pour over salmon.
  4. Cook until glaze thickens and salmon is fully cooked.
  5. Assemble bowl with rice, salmon, and avocado.

Notes

Adjust spice level by modifying chili flakes and always add avocado fresh before serving.
