  • 2 kielbasa sausages
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp whole grain mustard
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 0.5 tsp smoked paprika
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
  • parsley for garnish
  • sesame seeds optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Slice kielbasa hasselback-style without cutting through.
  3. Mix mustard, honey, sugar, oil, garlic, and spices.
  4. Brush glaze over sausages thoroughly.
  5. Bake 20–25 minutes, basting halfway.
  6. Slice into bites, garnish, and serve.

Notes

Baste halfway through cooking for maximum flavor and caramelization.
