  • 1.5 cups Biscoff cookies crushed
  • 0.25 cup butter melted
Filling
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 0.5 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream whipped
Topping
  • 0.5 cup Biscoff spread melted
  • Biscoff biscuits for garnish

Method
 

  1. Mix crushed cookies with butter and form base in cups.
  2. Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla.
