  • 1 cup orzo pasta
  • 2.5 cups chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese

Method
 

  1. Sear seasoned chicken in olive oil until cooked, then set aside.
  2. Cook onion and garlic in the same pan until fragrant.
  3. Toast orzo briefly, then add broth and simmer until tender.
  4. Stir in cream, parmesan, and butter to create a creamy sauce.
  5. Return chicken to the pan, mix well, and garnish before serving.

Notes

Add extra broth if the mixture becomes too thick while cooking.
