Ingredients
  

Crust
  • 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.25 cup granulated sugar
  • 6 tbsp unsalted butter melted
Filling
  • 16 oz cream cheese softened
  • 0.5 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp orange zest
  • 0.25 cup orange juice fresh
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream

Method
 

  1. Mix graham crumbs, sugar, and melted butter; press into lined muffin tin.
  2. Chill crusts 20 minutes.
  3. Whip heavy cream to stiff peaks.
  4. Beat cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla.
  5. Mix in orange zest and juice.
  6. Fold whipped cream into cream cheese mixture.
  7. Fill crusts and chill at least 4 hours.
