- Slice bananas into ½-inch even rounds.
- Melt butter in skillet over medium heat. Stir in cinnamon until fragrant.
- Add honey and stir to create glossy sauce.
- Add banana slices in single layer. Cook 3-4 minutes until golden underneath.
- Flip carefully and cook another 2-4 minutes until caramelized.
- Remove from heat, rest 1 minute, serve warm with extra cinnamon if desired.
Notes
Best served immediately while caramel is gooey. Use ripe but firm bananas for ideal texture. Reheat gently if needed.
