Ingredients
  

Dip Base
  • 1 cup lump crab meat
  • 2 cups fresh spinach chopped
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 0.5 cup sour cream
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 0.25 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 0.5 tsp paprika
  • 0.25 tsp cayenne pepper optional
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Sauté garlic in butter, then cook spinach until wilted and drain excess moisture.
  3. Mix cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, and cream until smooth.
  4. Add cheeses and seasonings, mixing well.
  5. Fold in crab meat and spinach gently.
  6. Transfer to baking dish and spread evenly.
  7. Bake 20–25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  8. Cool slightly and serve warm.

Notes

Use fresh lump crab for best flavor and texture.
