Ingredients
  

Lasagna Base
  • 9 lasagna noodles
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 8 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1 small onion diced
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
Parmesan Garlic Sauce
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 0.5 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
Cheese Layers
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Seasoning and Finish
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 chopped pickles optional garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. Cook lasagna noodles until al dente, then drain and set aside.
  3. Cook bacon until crispy, crumble, and set aside.
  4. Brown ground beef and onion in the same skillet, then drain excess grease.
  5. Add garlic, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Cook for 1 minute.
  6. In a saucepan, melt butter and whisk in flour for 1 minute.
  7. Slowly whisk in milk, heavy cream, and beef broth until smooth.
  8. Add cream cheese and parmesan until melted and creamy.
  9. Layer sauce, noodles, beef, bacon, mozzarella, cheddar, and repeat.
  10. Bake covered for 25 minutes, uncover and bake 15–20 more minutes until bubbly and golden.

Notes

Let the lasagna rest for 10 minutes before slicing for cleaner layers. Add diced pickles for an extra cheeseburger flavor twist.
