- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Cook lasagna noodles until al dente, then drain and set aside.
- Cook bacon until crispy, crumble, and set aside.
- Brown ground beef and onion in the same skillet, then drain excess grease.
- Add garlic, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Cook for 1 minute.
- In a saucepan, melt butter and whisk in flour for 1 minute.
- Slowly whisk in milk, heavy cream, and beef broth until smooth.
- Add cream cheese and parmesan until melted and creamy.
- Layer sauce, noodles, beef, bacon, mozzarella, cheddar, and repeat.
- Bake covered for 25 minutes, uncover and bake 15–20 more minutes until bubbly and golden.
Notes
Let the lasagna rest for 10 minutes before slicing for cleaner layers. Add diced pickles for an extra cheeseburger flavor twist.
