  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp whole grain mustard optional
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • parsley for garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season and sear pork tenderloin.
  3. Roast until cooked through.
  4. Sauté garlic in butter.
  5. Add broth and simmer.

  7. Slice pork and serve with sauce.
