Method
- Season chicken and place in slow cooker with broth, onion, and garlic.
- Cook on LOW 6–7 hours or HIGH 3–4 hours until tender.
- Shred chicken and return to slow cooker.
- Stir in cream, butter, and parmesan until smooth.
- Cook briefly until sauce thickens.
- Add cooked pasta and toss to coat.
- Serve hot with parsley and extra parmesan.
Notes
Cook pasta separately to avoid mushy texture. Add extra cream when reheating if needed.
