Method
- Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
- Add cold water and mix.
- Pour half and chill until partially set.
- Mix remaining gelatin with sour cream and sugar.
- Spread over first layer and chill.
- Prepare second gelatin and pour on top.
- Chill until fully set.
- Slice and serve.
Notes
Allow layers to set properly for clean presentation.
