Ingredients
  

Layers
  • 2 boxes gelatin flavored
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 0.5 cup sugar

Method
 

  1. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
  2. Add cold water and mix.
  3. Pour half and chill until partially set.
  4. Mix remaining gelatin with sour cream and sugar.
  5. Spread over first layer and chill.
  6. Prepare second gelatin and pour on top.
  7. Chill until fully set.
  8. Slice and serve.

Notes

Allow layers to set properly for clean presentation.
