  • 1 pie crust unbaked
  • 1.5 cups sugar
  • 0.5 cup butter melted
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.25 tsp salt

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare pie crust in dish.
  3. Whisk sugar and butter.
  4. Add eggs one at a time.
  5. Mix in remaining ingredients.
  6. Pour into crust.
  7. Bake 45–50 minutes.
  8. Cool completely before serving.

Notes

Do not overbake; center should be slightly jiggly.
