Sago
  • 0.5 cup sago pearls
  • 4 cups water
Matcha Layer
  • 1 tsp matcha powder
  • 1 cup milk warm
  • 2 tbsp condensed milk
Strawberry Layer
  • 2 cups strawberries fresh
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp condensed milk
Cream Base
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp condensed milk
Garnish
  • strawberry slices
  • matcha powder for dusting

Method
 

  1. Boil water and cook sago pearls until translucent.
  2. Let sit covered, then rinse under cold water.
  3. Whisk matcha with warm milk and condensed milk.
  4. Blend strawberries with milk and condensed milk.
  5. Mix coconut milk with condensed milk.
  6. Layer sago, matcha, sago, strawberry, and cream in glasses.
  7. Chill and garnish before serving.
