Ingredients
  

Chili Base
  • 2 cups shredded chicken cooked
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion diced
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 cans white beans drained
  • 1 can green chilies
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup cream cheese
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 0.5 tsp chili powder
  • salt and pepper to taste

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Sauté onion and garlic in olive oil.
  2. Add beans, chilies, and broth, then simmer.
  3. Stir in chicken and spices.
  4. Add cream cheese and stir until smooth.
  5. Pour in cream and simmer until thick.
  6. Finish with lime juice and serve.

Notes

Add lime juice at the end for brightness.
